Professor Josep Maria Padullés, coach, teacher, researcher, and mentor of many young athletes and students, has granted a “summa cum laude” doctoral degree by the University of Barcelona. In Spain, doctors (from the latin word “docteo”, “I teach”), have the right to cover their heads and to sit in the presence of the king. All members of our research group and your friends, took our hat off and stood up for long minutes at your great dissertation, a true magister’s class to all present. Congratulations Doctor Padullés!
El professor Josep Maria Padullés, entrenador, professor, investigador i mentor de molts atletes i estudiants, ha obtingut amb la qualificació d’excel·lent “cum laude” el grau de Doctor per la Universitat de Barcelona. A Espanya, els doctors (del llatí “docteo”, “jo ensenyo”), tenen el dret de mantenir el cap cobert i seure davant el rei. Tots el membres del nostre grup de recerca i amics ens vam treure el barret i vam alçar-nos tot i aplaudint durant minuts la magnífica classe magistral que vas impartir a tots els presents.
