Paper published in Journal of Strength & Conditioning Research

The article entitled “Effect of Equated Continuous and Interval Running Programs on Endurance Performance and Jump Capacity”, authored by J.L. Tuimil, D.A. Boullosa, M.A. Fernández-del-Olmo, and F.A. Rodríguez has been published ahead-of-print in the Journal of Strength and Conditioning Research (Impact Factor: 1.457; Sport Sciences Q2, 34/72). The research was conducted at the Faculty of Sport Sciences and Physical Education, University of A Corunya (ex-INEF Galicia), and was part of the doctoral thesis of professor José Luis Tuimil, Extraordinary Doctoral Award in the Department of Medicine of the UdC, supervised by professors Ferran A. Rodríguez (INEFC-Barcelona Sport Sciences Research Group and Javier Cudeiro (University of A Coruña). Congratulations to all!

L’article titulat “Effect of Equated Continuous and Interval Running Programs on Endurance Performance and Jump Capacity”, dels autors J.L. Tuimil, D.A. Boullosa, M.A. Fernández-del-Olmo i F.A. Rodríguez ha estat publicat abans de premsa a la revista Journal of Strength and Conditioning Research (Factor d’Impacte: 1.457; Sport Sciences Q2, 34/72). La recerca es va du a terme a la Facultade de Ciencias do Deporte e a Educación Física, Universidade da Corunya (ex-INEF Galicia) i va formar part de la tesi doctoral del professor José Luis Tuimil, Premi Extraordinari de Doctorat del Departament de Medicina de la Universidade da Coruña, dirigida pels professors Ferran A. Rodríguez (INEFC-Barcelona Sport Sciences Research Group and Javier Cudeiro (University of A Coruña). Enhorabona a tothom! Parabén a todos!
